Health Benefits

  • Medical - Employees can choose coverage from one of four health plans: Blue Cross HMO, Blue Cross PPO, Kaiser HMO, or Kaiser HDHP (HSA compatible).
  • Dental - PPO Dental coverage is offered through Guardian Dental.
  • Vision - PPO Vision is offered through MES Vision. The employee-only portion is fully paid by the firm.
  • Employee's monthly contribution is a small portion of the total cost of benefits, as MGO pays the majority of the costs.
  • Medical & Dependent Care Reimbursement Plan - Our plan allows employees to make pre-tax contributions to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses.

Education & Training

  • Firm-wide Training – MGO will either provide appropriate Continuing Professional Education opportunities to satisfy certification or licensing requirements, or will reimburse expenses related to obtaining the required Continuing Professional Education.
  • Assistance for the CPA Exam – MGO highly encourages employees to pass the exam within 24 months of hire.  Not only do we pay employees for the days they sit for the exams, we provide discounted review materials through Becker and Roger Philipp, and will reimburse the cost of the program if an employee passes all 4 sections of the exam within 24 months of hire.  In addition, we support work/study schedules to accommodate your study needs leading up to the exam(s).
