Application Process

Deadlines

While we will accept resumes at all times throughout the year, we encourage you to submit your application just prior to the respective due date, to ensure your resume receives adequate attention.  Following the application closing date, we will contact applicants to interview with Human Resources and a Manager/Partner.  If you are selected for an internship, you will be notified approximately 30 days prior to the start of the internship period.

Spring Internships (currently accepting applications for all locations):

January 1 -- Application deadline

February 1 -- Applicants interviewed & offers made

March to May -- Internship period

 

Summer Internships:

April 1 -- Application deadline

May 1 -- Applicants interviewed & offers made

June to August -- Internship period

 

Fall Internships:

August 1 -- Application deadline

September 1 -- Applicants interviewed & offers made

October to December -- Internship period

 

How To Apply

To be considered as a candidate you must submit the following three items, at the same time, to our email address jobs@mgocpa.com:

  1. A copy of your resume,
  2. One letter of recommendation (e.g. current/former employer, professor, mentor, etc.), and
  3. A cover letter, including answers to the following three questions:
  • What do you hope to gain from your internship experience?
  • Why do you think you would enjoy working at MGO?
  • Why should we select you for an internship?

Because of the popularity of the internship program, any incomplete submissions will be automatically disqualified from consideration.
